1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the WebflowForms application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Agency Lifetime License (OTP)

Our "Agency Lifetime" plan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the WebflowForms premium features on an unlimited number of client websites developed by your agency. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the WebflowForms product. As long as the product is actively maintained and supported by us, you will have access to it without further recurring charges.

3. Webflow Platform Dependency

WebflowForms is an extension built for the Webflow ecosystem. We are not affiliated with Webflow, Inc. Our service relies on Webflow's APIs and infrastructure. We cannot be held liable for any disruption in our service caused by changes to Webflow's terms, API deprecations, or platform outages.

4. Fair Use & CDN Limits

While the Agency Lifetime plan includes file upload and signature capabilities, we enforce a "Fair Use" policy on our CDN bandwidth to prevent abuse (e.g., using our forms as a massive cloud storage repository). If your usage exceeds 99% of normal agency usage patterns, we reserve the right to contact you to discuss custom enterprise pricing or limit bandwidth.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital software and the one-time payment structure, we offer a strict 14-day money-back guarantee. If WebflowForms does not work as advertised on your Webflow site, contact support within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
